for those who wants to know about deedees death since mandark makes a big deal here how it goes. dexter and mandark where fighting as usaul and deedee apears and got shot by mandark but it was a incident and thats how she died and mandark was meant to dexter but deedee got in the way

I'm sorry, it looks I misunderstood what you meant when I first answered you. No offense intended, I take back my words.
By the way, yes, Gouken was not in Street Fighter Alpha, but that doesn't mean he didn't play a key role in Ryu's and Ken's youth.
Luckily I found some sprites of him, and I was able to introduce him in the story. ^_^
